The architecture of this pair of glasses is unusual.
Not only does it feature a unique vision slit topped by a light visor, but it has been shaped in such a way that the wood covers the nose and part of the cheeks. In this way, the wearer’s face was afforded maximum protection.
Traces of soot applied to the interior to help reduce glare.
